When introducing technology in the classroom it is not intended to add more work on the instructor. Actually if they use technology correctly it should lighten their load. Various use of technology can cater to the success of a lesson plan. Teacher need not to dread or shy away from technology if they do not know how to use it. Learning is part of the lesson. Who says the teacher cannot learn at the same time as the students. One motto that I always express is that “Technology does not teach, only effective teachers do.”
